Shipping
Orders ship from Arizona, USA. Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay. Preorder items ship on or around the release date noted on the product.
Once an order ships you'll get a confirmation with tracking. If something looks stuck in transit, reach out and we'll chase it.
Returns & Exchanges
Wrong size or arrived damaged? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with an exchange or refund. Items should be unworn and unwashed, in original condition.
Start any return through the contact form (topic: Merch / Order Help) with your order number. Final return terms, including who covers return postage, will be confirmed when the store goes live.
Privacy
We collect only what we need to run the site and store: your email if you join the list or write us, and order details if you buy something. Payments are processed by our checkout provider (Shopify); we never see or store full card numbers.
We don't sell your information. Mailing-list emails come from the band and every one includes an unsubscribe link. To have your data removed, email info@gloriousheydays.online.
